Processing Time

All orders go through order verification, quality inspection, and packaging before being shipped.

Orders are typically sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email


Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Expedited Delivery Time:
5–8 business days


Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number for your package.

To see tracking updates, please click “Track Package” in the shipping confirmation email.

If you cannot locate your shipping confirmation email, please contact Customer Service with your order number.

Tracking information is typically updated by the carrier within 24–48 hours after shipment.

During periods of high package volume, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Acepollys is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
